Information you give us

Order and account details: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order history.
Support communications: messages, photos, or videos you send us, for example when filing a warranty claim.
Marketing preferences: your email address or phone number if you sign up for our newsletter or text updates.
Business information: for Clinic & Spa Program applicants, your business name, business contact details, and information needed to set up invoicing.
Reviews and surveys: feedback you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
Approximate location: general location derived from your IP address, used for things like estimating shipping times.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that meets industry security standards (PCI DSS). Your card details go directly to the processor. We never store full card numbers on our systems. We receive only limited information, such as the card type, the last four digits, and the expiration date, so we can identify the payment method and handle refunds.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Order records are generally kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements and to support warranty claims. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support messages are kept for up to three years after the conversation ends. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we have on file, and we will respond within the time required by law, typically 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our site, access controls that limit who on our team can view customer data, and service providers that meet recognized security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
