Coverage at a glance
- Devices — 2 years: all Solbeam panels, the wand, wraps, and the belt are covered for 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Soft goods and accessories — 1 year: straps, carrying case, protective glasses, mounts, and cables are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
What is covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or professional use as described in the user guide. Examples include LEDs that stop illuminating, controls or timers that stop responding, batteries that no longer hold a charge within their expected range, and seams or fasteners that come apart under ordinary use.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, or use that does not follow the user guide.
- Damage from drops, impacts, or crushing.
- Water exposure or other liquid damage.
- Repair, disassembly, or modification by anyone other than Solbeam or a service provider we authorize.
- Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or normal wear to fabric and straps.
- Use with power adapters, cables, or mounts not supplied or approved by Solbeam.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
What we will do
If your device has a covered defect, we will repair it or replace it with the same or a comparable model. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will refund the purchase price. Replacement devices and parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to file a claim
- Email support@solbeamrl.com with your order number.
- Include a short video or photo showing the issue. A 10–20 second video is usually all we need.
- We will reply within one business day with next steps. If we need the device back, we will email a prepaid shipping label.

Who the warranty applies to
The warranty applies to the original purchaser of a Solbeam device bought from solbeamrl.com, through our Clinic & Spa Program, or from an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required. If you received a Solbeam as a gift, the gift giver's order number works, or we can look it up with the purchaser's name and email.
Clinic and professional use
Devices purchased through the Clinic & Spa Program carry the same 2-year device warranty and 1-year accessory warranty. Network accounts can file claims directly through their dedicated account manager.
Warranty and the money-back guarantee
The warranty is separate from our 30-day money-back guarantee. Within the first 30 days after delivery, you can return your device for any reason. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Legal details
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole warranty for Solbeam devices, and any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.
